This policy applies to all apps, websites, and services provided by SharpEdges ("we", "us", "our"), collectively the "Services." By using any SharpEdges Service, you agree to this policy.
Where a Service lets you enter, capture, or create content — such as files, entries, or notes — that content is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or have access to this content, and we do not operate servers for it. It remains under your control on your own device.
Some Services use your device's camera only when you actively choose to capture or scan something (for example, a receipt or document). Captured images are processed on your device to help with the task you initiated, and are stored locally, not on a server.
Some Services let you select or save files using Android's built-in file picker (Storage Access Framework). This means you choose exactly which files a Service can read or write — a Service cannot browse your device's storage on its own, and any files you select are processed locally and never uploaded.
Our apps may display ads through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). To serve ads, this third-party service automatically collects and shares data such as your IP address, advertising and device identifiers, app-usage interactions, and diagnostic information with Google and third-party ad networks for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising terms. Where consent is required (for example, in the EEA or UK), the relevant app will request your consent for personalized ads. You can review and adjust your ad personalization settings at Google Ads Settings.
If a Service offers an optional purchase (for example, to remove ads), it's processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details — Google handles the transaction. Purchase status is stored locally on your device to unlock the relevant feature.
Any data stored locally by a Service (see above) remains on your device until you delete it within the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall it. For advertising data handled by Google and ad networks, there is no single end-to-end deletion method across all networks; where consent applies, you may withdraw it, and you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
Our Services are not directed to children and are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Locally-stored data is kept in each app's private storage on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but our Services are designed to keep your data local wherever possible.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of any Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
